If your child is unable to attend swimming classes for at least half of the current term due to a medical certificate, you will receive a lifetime credit for future bookings. Short-term sickness or other reasons do not qualify for credit or refund.

If a class is cancelled due to technical issues, you will receive a lifetime credit. One catch-up lesson per term is allowed, but it must be used within the current term and cannot be carried over. The manager will provide the date and time of the catch-up lesson based on availability.
