What's the pool temperature?
Our indoor pools are heated to 32 degrees. But if the child is used to swimming in warmer water at home, we recommend wearing a wetsuit.

How to choose an appropriate level for my child?
Reach out to us directly or go to our website - you can find the description of all levels in the Classes page.
Can another adult swim with my baby/todder?
For continuity we recommend only 1 adult swims with your baby/toddler - but this can be changed if needed. We welcome Mum's, Dad's, Grandparents and family members to swim. As well as carers or other nominated adults.
The child does not need to be accompanied by an adult for individual lessonsCan I not be in the water during my child's class?
Yes, parental accompaniment is NOT required for private lessons with a toddler under 4 years of age.
Children over 4 years old take lessons unaccompanied by an adult.Are there any other lessons in the pool during my child's private lesson?
During an individual lesson, the trainer is only with your child.
Another trainer may be in the pool and give a lesson to another child.
If you would like to have no other lessons in the pool during your individual lesson, please contact us
Prices and discounts
Can I have a trial class?
Yes. You have the opportunity to attend a trial lesson in a group at a promotional price of 34 CHF.
A one-time lesson costs 68 CHF and now for the first trial 50% off.
After that, decide which package to buy next.What is the start and end date of the class package?
When you buy online, the system will prompt you to start attending the nearest class.
If you want to start later, please contact us.
We will find and book a class for a specific day and time to suit your schedule.
After payment is received, we will send you a message with the dates of the paid classes.What is your refund policy?
There are no refunds. In non-standard situations, refunds are discussed individually with the client.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we run discounts very often. Subscribe to our Facebook and Instagram pages to receive information about discounts and promotions.
● We have discounts on class packages available all the time.
● Everyone can get VIP discounts.
● There is a discount for two children from the same family.
● There is a discount for attending more than one class per week.What does buying VIP status get me?
● When you purchase VIP Status for 120 francs, you will receive 10 promo codes for a 40 francs discount each one.
● The total discount amount is 400 francs.
● You can use one promo code for every 200 francs in your payment.
● To pay for classes using a VIP customer promo code, you must write to us.
● We will send you an invoice for payment with the VIP customer discount.
● In 2025 we plan to organize three free events for our VIP clients in different locations interesting for children.
● Also in 2025 we will launch a loyalty and benefits program for VIP clients.Is there a discount on lessons when two children from the same family attend the pool?
Yes. An additional 10% discount on group classes.

Yes, if you use the pool more than once a week, you get a discount of 5 francs per lesson.
To receive the discount, you must pay for two (or more) lessons per week for a period of 5 weeks or more when purchasing a package.I can't commit to a full term, can I pay per lesson?
Yes. You can buy a package of 5 lessons or a single lesson.
The more lessons you buy, the cheaper one lesson will cost you.
Preparing for lessons
How old should my baby be to start swimming classes?
It's safe for babies to swim from birth. However, we recommend waiting until 6 weeks when things are more settled for you and your baby.
How do I prepare my child to go to the pool?
Preferably, the water should be around 32-34 degrees when bathing at home
Is it safe for babies and children to swim in winter?
Yes! For best results, children need to have regular pratice at swimming each week. Our pools are private and heated so no cold water! We suggest that your child is properly dry before leaving our facilites, including hair and ears and is adequately dressed for the weather after the class
What do I need to bring to class if my child is under 3 years old?
● Yes, a well fitting, sustainable and appropriate for water nappy is obligatory. We can provide these to buy.● Swim suit for you and your child, towels, flip flops.● You may also want to bring shower gel, shampoo and a hair brush if you’re using the shower facilities after swimming.● We suggest bringing a light snack (or babies feed) for after swimming
What do I need to bring to class if my child is under 3 years old?
● Swim suit (for you and your child), towels, flip flops.● Older children may want to use goggles in the pool.● You may also want to bring shower gel and shampoo and a hair brush if you’re using the shower facilities after swimming.● We suggest bringing a light snack (or babies feed) for after swimming.
My child is afraid of water/swimming. Can you help?
Yes. We are trained to assist with water phobia in adults and children. We also have experience working with shy and nervous children. Our approach is gentle to put everyone at ease. Please let us know if your child has a fear or phobia, it may be best to come and watch a lesson or have some 1:1 classes to start their swimming journey.
I have 2 (or multiple) children, can I get their classes close together?
We can't guarentee this due to timetabling and pool availability. Contact us with your childrens ages and we will do our best to accomodate your needs.
Do you have adult classes?
We can offer private 1:1 adult classes for beginners, improvers and those wanting to perfect their strokes and stamina.
I am a client of yours and my friends want to come to a class with me. Is there a discount for them?
If you are a customer of Aquababies Suisse, you can take advantage of a free guest visit for your friends.
You can bring only one NEW friend for free once a week.
Conditions:Your friend has never attended a class at Aquababies Suisse.Your friend has filled out the form on the website (form).
General questions about health
My child has addional/special needs, can they join?
Please contact us directly to discuss your childs need. We are trained to provide classes for all and will do our best to offer you something suitable depending on availability
My child is sick and can't make a lesson, what should I do?
If you have a package of 15 group lessons or 10 private lessons, you can postpone two lessons for any reason.
If you have a package of 5 group lessons, you will be reserved a place in the group and will not be rescheduled if you miss the lessons
If for technical reasons it is not possible to hold the lesson, the lesson is postponed to any date convenient for the client
